Peraquel Express Terms and Condition

1. PERAQUEL EXPRESS - is a system owned by Peraquel Inc. and available in all Raquel Pawnshop branches and partners outlet.

2. All transactions under PERAQUEL Express are subject to the rules and regulations prescribed by the Anti-Money Laundering Act Council (AMLC) and all parties hereto are mandated to comply.

3. PERAQUEL Express accepts only in cash for send/pay out, and in Philippine peso. Maximum of 50,000.00 only per transaction and total of 100,000 per day.

4. SERVICE FEES: Service fee shall be paid based on PERAQUEL Express remittance rates, and may change without prior notice. No fees shall be collected from the Receiver.

5. SEND: Sender shall present valid ID & must fill out remittance form providing the necessary information of sender & recipient. The sender must not share any information of transaction other than his/her recipient; otherwise PERAQUEL Express is not liable for any unsuitability of pay out. Cancellation of transaction is not allowed.

6. RECEIVE: Receiver shall present valid ID & fill out the remittance form and provide the required information for encashment of remittance.

7. REFUND: Refund transaction is allowed but only the principal amount can be refunded.

8. AMENDMENT: Only the sender can request to amend the transaction and only beneficiary details can be amended at the branch the client has transacted with the corresponding amendment fee of P5.00.

9. CUSTOMER RELATIONS: Complaints regarding this remittance must be submitted in writing and received by the branch where the Sender placed his remittance within fifteen (15) days from the date of remittance. Any complaints after said period shall no longer be accommodated.

10. UNCLAIMED REMITTANCES: All remittances unclaimed within one (1) year will be considered as forfeited.

11. IN CASE OF LOST: In case the sender lost the receipt of transaction, client can request for another copy on the branch where the transaction is done, as long as the remittance is not yet pay out.

12. DATA PRIVACY: The Sender/Receiver allows Peraquel Inc. to collect and process the personal information for the remittance transaction: and (b) disclose his personal information to Peraqquel Inc. affiliates and to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, as may be necessary. The Sender/Receiver understand that the specific terms and conditions governing the collection and processing of his personal information are provided in the Data Privacy Policy in the Raquel Pawnshop Website (www.raquelpawnshop.com) and he has read the same before signing this Form. The Sender/receiver acknowledged that Peraquel Inc. treat as confidential all information related to its customers.

13. VENUE OF LITIGATION: All claims or suits regarding this transaction shall be filed in the courts of Lucena City.
